1. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be purchased from www.onmartindia.com.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process

- Go to the "My Orders" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the "Return Item" button and provide the necessary details.

3. Packaging and Condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- It should be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

4. Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product and completing the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
