WHEN WILL WE GET YOUR REFUND?

Your refund will initiate in the following business days. We will refund your money via bank transfer or NEFT or credit card, debit card.

  • Debit Card: 7 – 9 Business Days.
  • Credit Card: 10 – 15 Business Days.

Please consider that sometimes financial entities/banks take a longer time in transfer procedure, thus your patience and support will be required during such time. In case you do not receive your refund in the given time period, please contact us.

Your refund process will initiate once our seller gets back the product sent back by you in perfectly alright condition. In the case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you will be transferred to your account. In the special case where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You may be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.

Replacement Policy

In case of replacement, the product stock must be available with the seller. If the product, for which replacement is sought, is not available in stock then do not worry we refund your full money, in line of OnMartIndia’s refund policy.
