Incredibly comfortable earbuds but is horrendously treble-heavy in a bad way. Needs some serious EQ-ing to not feel rough and harsh. Any Ambient-focused music feels fairly harsh, stretched and rough. The hardware is fairly good so EQ-ing will definitely help. The spatial sound feature works but the tuning is set so badly that it just bleeds treble, again..EQ it. It makes the earbuds feel more like a headphone with its audio output, which is nice. But the tuning is fairly boring, there is no explicit sense of ambience with these earbuds with how it plays the instruments. the instrument seperation in the mids is really lackluster and the treble is fairly boring in that they dont have any character. the timbre is also fairly artificial and tinny, if youre coming from on-ear headphones at the same price range.The active noise cancelling is.. interesting. It definitely blocks out a fair amount of noise for me to say “ah thats nice”. It blocks out engine reverbations of ACs and fans when not listening to anything inside the home, but it shines the best when youre outside, i would say it blocks out 45% of noise – which includes environmental/air-reverberations, low-decibel tire screeching and low-frequency engine noise. ANC works, if thats the question, but dont expect bose level. the experience resembles being inside a car with windows closed.it is incredibly comfortable, absolutely incredibly comfortable. What is to hate here is the default tuning if youre treble sensitive. but..can be EQ’d if youre into that sort of thing. Dont buy this if youre an audiophile.more info:I find these buds to be much better for casual content consumption (twitch, YT, some casual cinema) than for music. the spatial audio feature might come in handy there (for what its worth). fairly satisfied in that department.
