And, in general for most of your orders, our shipping partners/third-party courier companies take average 5-10 days for delivery after pickup (except for local Delhi/NCR customers, where products are delivered within 1-3 days of pickup approximately).

Return

The period for product(s) return starts from the date of product delivery. The return period, which is set as 10 days by OnMartIndia.com, in general excludes days of product packing, shipment/dispatch, package transportation etc. And, thus the buyer gets effective 10 days (maximum) for returning/replacing/exchanging products, which starts exactly post product delivery by OnMartIndia’s delivery partner/courier partner/third-party shipping company.

Refund

In an event where OnMartIndia.com reaches the conclusion of refunding money, which was paid by a user/buyer for his/her purchase on this website, the website must be provided with the below buyer’s attributable information to proceed/act upon further:

1. Order Id
2. Buyer’s Name & Address (Proof of Identity & Address - Aadhaar Card)(under specific circumstances)
3. Mobile Number (preferably which was provided at the time of placing order on website)
4. Correct UPI Details (UPI ID)
5. Bank Detail (Photograph of Cancelled Cheque Leaf)
6. Fill A Form (for buyers who opted for Cash On Delivery - COD)

Note: Buyer who paid for their purchases via Credit Card/Debit Card/Likes, will be Refunded through their original payment method only.

Exchange/Replacement

OnMartIndia.com may initially try to learn the nature of problem faced by buyer, which compelled him to raise request for replacement/exchange, before accepting/approving product replacement request of buyer. Further, the company could ask/demand certain kind of information (in the form of physical/digital document(s), image(s), video(s) or anything else as prescribed by OnMartIndia.com, which the website deems fit) for corroborating/ascertaining the genuineness/seriousness of problem, which buyer may have faced after receiving the product from OnMartIndia’s delivery partner/courier partner/third-party shipping company.

2. The product, for which replacement is sought, must be available ‘In-Stock’ with us or with our partner seller. The replacement for Out-Of-Stock items cannot be provided by OnMartIndia.com until the desired item comes back in stock.

Cancellation

OnMartIndia.com welcomes all its visitors/buyers to place order on its website and get assured delivery of genuine products. To facilitate such visitors/buyers further, the website provides an option to cancel their orders but with certain conditions, please read such conditions below:

1. The buyer(s) can cancel his/their orders after they have successfully placed any order on OnMartIndia.com
2. The option of order cancellation would not be available once the ordered item has been successfully picked up by courier company/shipping partner. Do you feel a little worried due to this? Worry Not! Read below point to relax yourself
3. If you have decided to cancel order(s)that are picked by courier company/shipping partner and same products are in transit to your prescribed/desired delivery location, you still get the benefit of cancelling order as per below:

For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders:

All you need is simply deny the delivery man that you no more need the ordered item, and the delivery man would ask you an OTP for confirmation. Please make sure you share the OTP (as received on your registered mobile number/email ID and/or OTP generated by delivery man after you denied receiving the concerned order at your doorstep) with the delivery man, and YAY, Order Cancellation isDone. Your order is cancelled now, and you need not pay anything to the delivery man now, and delivery man will initiate the process of order/product return to its origin.

For Prepaid Orders:

If you no more need the in-transit product, you paid for:

All you need is simply deny the delivery man that you no more need the ordered item, and the delivery man would ask you an OTP for confirmation. Please make sure you share the OTP (as received on your registered mobile number/email ID and/or OTP generated by delivery man after you denied receiving the concerned order at your doorstep) with the delivery man, and YAY, Order Cancellation is Done. Your order is cancelled now, and OnMartIndia.com will process your refund (Note: It usually takes 5-10 days to refund your money to the original payment method).

If you are not satisfied with (products) and/or facing any issue with after it was delivered to you:

You cannot cancel the order(s)/item(s), once the same is delivered to you and/or delivered at your desired destination/location. However, you still need not worry, as you have the option to Return such item(s) as per website’s applicable return policy. For this, you need to raise a return request, and for raising a request for product/order return, simply Click Here. Once your return request is approved and the product(s), which was/were delivered to you, will be picked up by a shipping company/courier company/other, then after successful pickup, we’ll initiate the process of refund.(Note: It usually takes 5-10 days to refund your money to the original payment method).

Additionally, under below mentioned circumstance, OnMartIndia.com will not be able to accept you Request for Return/Refund or Replacement:

• Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
• Consumable product
• Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories
• Serial Number of the product and/or any information on packaging container/envelop/box etc., is tampered with
• Product delivered by us or by any company/by anyone on our behalf, and the defect/return reason is reported to us (OnMartIndia.com) when the return period is over
• Information regarding product damage(s) is/are reported to OnMartIndia.com after 2days of receiving product from delivery man/shipping company/courier company on our behalf
• Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product
• Product is used or worn or altered or tampered with

Apart from this, mentioned below are some of the common reasons, which we consider as admissible under returns policy:

• Product is delivered with manufacturing defect
• Delivered product is damaged
• Product is completely different from what was ordered
• Color of product delivered is different from what was ordered (this is not applicable if information on particular product page/product listing page specifies that color could be different/multicolor/etc., and thus the buyers are directed to exercise discretion)
• Delivered product doesn’t match the size ordered (especially for clothing, footwear, etc.)
• Products quantity doesn’t match what was included in the cart
• Wrong product is received
