Good cycle for 4 to 5 years old , Quality of the frame is good but other parts quality is not good the bell its fixed on the brakes and brakes are not V brakes normal brakes and tyre and tube its gets punctured easily and i noticed rusting issues on the spokes within 1 month . Balance week is worst quality. Their support will ask for video for silly things which is worst the bell ringer fell down and normal cycle bell doesn’t fit as the handle bar is big .

unsize bolt was given to bell and for support wheels fitting there is a requirement for rubber washer other than that it’s ok

Stylish product, good fit for my 4 year son. The weight and sturdiness is good. Easy to ride and especially the seats are soft.Quality of product is good, price is not on expensive side as I got it for 6k.Cons:The disk breaks are not easy to adjust, need to view few YouTube video for the same, still is not straight forward. The breaks were rubbing when the product were delivered. Only an engineering mind or cycle shop guy able to adjust it. Not an issue if there is a cycle shop near by, and all disk breaks are difficult to adjust2.The right break on the handles is fitted along with the bell. So the break gets loose from handle. This also need special tool to tighten.

No proper Allen wrench provided to fix the handle. The bellow is not a proper fitting. Missing necessary screws n bolts.Ended up taking to mechanic charging additional 300
