This bicycle is a total waste of money. It was very difficult to assemble. Some of the parts like pedals and handlebar did not fit smoothly and easily. Overall the bike took a lot of time and effort to get assembled.My 3 year old found it very difficult to ride. The pedal chain was very tight and as a result, pedaling the bike was quite difficult. Even a few other neighborhood kids(who tried riding it as we wanted to see if the issue with the bike was genuine or not and if it was only our kid finding it difficult to ride or other too found it difficult) could not ride it easily although they all (my child and the other kids in the neighborhood including) can ride similar bicycles of other brands very easily and happily.The side wheels and few other parts also keep getting lose EVERYTIME even after fixing and tightening them again and again. As a result my child fell from it every time he rode it. Its quite irritating to have to keep tightening and fixing the parts ,whenever your child rides it, in spite of doing it extremely well the previous time, every time. Also its quite irritating for the child too, to have to get down to get the bike parts tightened ever time he rides it for a few minutes.And to top it all there are no service centers available to get it checked/repaired in spite of all the issues there are with the bike. A complete headache to be honest.Riding this bike was a complete torture for my child and the other neighborhood kids(who tried riding it). I couldn’t put my son through so much misery so ultimately i went and bought a BTWIN bicycle from Decathlon which he is very happy riding. Decathlon has a bicycle repair workshop for their bikes which is really helpful in case you face any issue with your bikes. Also, you can return your bike till 90 days if you want to.Please don’t buy R for Rabbit bicycles if you want your child to happily ride a bike. Riding a bicycle should be fun and not a torture for any kid especially at such a young age. We had even purchased their tricycle earlier when our child was younger and that tricycle was also very difficult to ride. We should have learnt our lesson then but we again made the same mistake and bought a bicycle from the same brand.Never again are we going to purchase another product from this brand.

I bought the bicycle yesterday. It was almost ok but,there is a problem in the front wheel .the tyre is not properly attached to the front rim ,even when it is filled with air in the normal way ,it stays out of the way

The bicycle looks good and is easy to assemble, however, the build quality seems to be an issue. It doesn’t feel sturdy and well-built. There are some parts which doesn’t fit well in the desired positions and appear to be loose. The product I received had one of the nut caps cracked as well

My son loves this one.. He has been using it for the past 1 years and it’s really comfortable and sturdy. We can install it our-self, but It’s easy and would take time. would have been great if it included a carrier/storage box.

While the cycle looks stunning, we got a tube completely bursted and bell not ringing.We didn’t choose to exchange due to covid delays of pick up & delivery.One of the pedals were possible to assemble only via local garage as it had little damage.So within a day of assembly, we took about 6 days & over 800 rs to fix it.So all the savings of buying online was of use & it only lead to further delays in actually giving our child to use it.

I first got a defective item. The seller promptly replaced it. 5***** for the seller and for that.There are cycles available in local market for less than 3k. I haven’t checked their quality. But this item is very sturdy. The design is different to local bikes. So your kid will get a unique feel. There is option to adjust seat, handle height very easily. Also you can adjust cycle length. 100/100 for modern design and engineering.Bell is a bit defective. Training wheels are not that free moving. Back fender is a bit fragile. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.If you want to gift your kid a unique design cycle, then go for it. Deducted 1 star for defective bell and training wheels. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase.
