Design and build quality is excellent. Lot many features. Because of parental steering cable wiring, handle rotation is not smooth. The front pedal plastic came out (design flow there). It is bit heavy.

Why does one buy a branded product ? Because there is trust and expectation that product would be of impeccable quality. And if that does not happen, one feels cheated. The parental handle bar cannot be adjusted for height. The mechanism to increase the length of the handle bar does not exist (as in a trolley bag where the handle length can be increased or decreased with a push of a button). It was a feature of the product and it’s not there in the product I received. Very frustrating and leaves a bitter taste. No matter how hard I try to like the product, because of what is promised and not delivered, it just gets frustrating everytime I use it with my daughter. Ask yourself: how would you feel when you purchased a supposedly high quality product only to receive something that isn’t as expected with promised features not there ? I have options, could have looked for other brands. Why cheat ?

Everything was perfect except for one manufacturing defect!The push handle of the cycle doesn’t come up when pulled..it’s stuck..there is provision for its lock and everything but the handle doesn’t come up..Since my baby hasn’t learned to ride a tricycle we have to push it around for her..and since the handle doesn’t come up we have to bend and push the cycle..That’s the only problem I found in this cycle..other than that it’s a perfect one for kids! I couldn’t return it coz by the time I got my hands on it the return window was over..Except that it’s a good one!

Delivery was a bit delayed than I hoped for but judging by the weather and sale day Rush and the fact that I would have assembled it on a weekend only ,I ain’t complaining.Packaging came good and looked untampered. I could come a bit cleaner though.Assembly is relatively easy.Few tips:Just make sure that the front fender is pushed down well else bolting the handle bar over main frame with the overlay is difficult as the nut bolt hole is not visible.Rear wheels are easy to install. Just pull the rubber protective and plug into frame.Loosen the overlay on the parental control rod to change the height.As another review would have pointed out, the control rod does feel loose at full length.Seat is straight forward to fix. Just choose the distance to the handle bar.The seat belt is a saver for those with acrobatic stunt kids :)I had just 1 complaint.The tyres are a mix of soft plastic and a little latex. One of the rear tyres has a dent probably because of the bulk of sone other part pressing on it. The dent has not cleared.I hope we get spares for the trike, especially the tyre, as I don’t see this material last long on concrete pavements. Will email the r for rabbit sales team for that. They have the email on their website.But my kid loves it.So i am happy.P.S The sale team emailed me to inform that they will ship another wheel.
