The product was broken from side

To be Frank, delivery was quick, product quality seemed ok and assembling was easy. But the pouch is too deep for newborn babies(less than a month old) although the description says it suits 0+m. My baby didn’t feel comfortable despite changing positions in the couch (supine, side wards etc). The vibration mode stopped working after 8 minutes or so and wouldn’t turn on again despite the batteries were brand new! Lots of unnecessary music (I feel) like the sound of waves in seashore, night hopper insect etc which could have been avoided.Overall, a disappointing experience from such a branded baby company 😳

Gifted this to a newborn in our family recently and parents are quite happy with this. The soothing vibrations and music are the best thing to make the baby comfortable. The baby is comfortable in this and sleeps well very well. I am sure this can be easily used for a long time and that’s why value for money investment as well.

My baby loves to have her naps in her new hopper bouncer. Soft calming music makes my baby sleep. Soft cushion seat makes my baby very comfortable. She also loves to see & play with hanging toys. This is one of our favourite now. I just love it.

Not a good product for newborns it simply just vibrates which does not feel safe for newborns.Also the cushion is very deep.
