Refund

In an event where OnMartIndia.com reaches the conclusion of refunding money, which was paid by a user/buyer for his/her purchase on this website, the website must be provided with the below buyer’s attributable information to proceed/act upon further:

If you no more need the in-transit product, you paid for:

If you are not satisfied with (products) and/or facing any issue with after it was delivered to you:

You cannot cancel the order(s)/item(s), once the same is delivered to you and/or delivered at your desired destination/location.
