The return period, which is set as 10 days by OnMartIndia.com, in general excludes days of product packing, shipment/dispatch, package transportation etc. And, thus the buyer gets effective 10 days (maximum) for returning/replacing/exchanging products, which starts exactly post product delivery by OnMartIndia’s delivery partner/courier partner/third-party shipping company.

In an event where OnMartIndia.com reaches the conclusion of refunding money, which was paid by a user/buyer for his/her purchase on this website, the website must be provided with the below buyer’s attributable information to proceed/act upon further:

If you no more need the in-transit product, you paid for:

If you are not satisfied with (products) and/or facing any issue with after it was delivered to you:

You cannot cancel the order(s)/item(s), once the same is delivered to you and/or delivered at your desired destination/location. However, you still need not worry, as you have the option to Return such item(s) as per website’s applicable return policy. • Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product
