All you need is to log in to your account and add chosen product(s) your shopping cart in desired quantities, provide us correct address for delivery, pay with suitable payment options or select Cash on Delivery option, and yay, you have placed order successfully on OnMartIndia.com.

OnMartIndia.com offers a variety of payment options to let you pay free-mind and also offer maximum security in this regard. The following payment options are currently available on OnMartIndia.com:

- Cash On Delivery

Q.3 How can I track the progress of order, I placed on OnMartIndia.com?
We will notify you through an email confirmation once your order is placed. And, you can further track the progress of a shipped item directly from your user account panel with OnMartIndia.com. Just go to relevant ordered product’s section, and click ‘Track’ button, which is provided at the top of ordered product’s page.
Q.4 What if I received a damaged/ defective or incorrect product on delivery?
You may raise a product return request within the applicable product return timeline & return policy. Returns are mainly accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Dead on Arrival
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
- Expired Product
The timeframe starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
Q.5 Can I send enquiry for Bulk buying?

Q.6 Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
No. You can add/delete items to your cart only prior placing the order, and not after that. You need to place a new order for additional unit(s) of product, you’ve ordered on OnMartIndia.com
